they have no idea what they are doing am a 1040 ez normally takes me 20 mins to do my taxes always get money back the lady did not speak English that well and did not a good idea of how to do her job it was ok that it was first tax job every one has to learn some how but they wasted an hour of my time to tell me that wanted 278 buck to do a 1040ez which is dumb because i have done it there 2 years in row and it was only 35 bucks on top of that they said i owed money. long story short don't go here bad idea got my taxes done by a CPA and it was only 25 dollars and i got more money back than ever had at H&R block
